House Wash
Before and After
All vertical surfaces of the home soaked with appropriate chemicals for each surface and then thoroughly low pressure rinsed to ensure no damage is done to any surface. This includes siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. However, pressure washing alone does not do the best job on gutters due to hydrostatic bonding. Additional hand polishing, which is not included, may be necessary to really make your gutters shine.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words but here are a few more words to explain what we do. Most of our concrete work is done using a hot water pressure washer that can reach temperatures up to 300 degrees and a rotary surface cleaner. The temperature is important because it helps to loosen organic matter and grease. The surface cleaner allows us to provide a more uniform apperance. In some areas we can use chemicals to assist the process but this is not always necessary or possible to do with EPA regulations.
