Cancelation / Refund Policy
*Either party may terminate the Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Written notice may be provided electronically by email: sales@keepupappearances.com or through the Company's approved digital portal.
Upon cancellation:
- For services already rendered but not fully paid as of the effective cancellation date, Customer authorizes Company to charge the pro rated amount due to the authorized card on file within seven (7) days of receiving Customer's cancellation notice.
- If no services have yet been rendered under this Agreement, Company will issue a refund to the original payment method. The signee's return will be the amount of the months billed without services minus any credit card return/service processing charges and a $50 administrative fee. The refund will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving Customer's cancellation notice.
Recurring monthly service and payments are digital; recurring charges will cease after the effective cancellation date and settlement of any amounts owed under this section.
